Here is a list of the most common questions we get. If you do not see your particular question answered here, please just send me a quick text and I’ll get back to you.


How much is the session?

Your session fee is $300 and this is what you’ll get:

  1. A reservation of your shooting date, with 5 outfit changes and around 3 hours of photography time.
  2. Professional hair and makeup with one of our fabulous makeup artists.
  3. Wardrobe consultation: I will show you what to bring, where to get it or where to rent it.
  4. Editing and retouching of your images: You will have a pool of 20 to 30 images to choose from.
  5. A viewing/ordering date where you will come back to the studio and choose what products and images you would like to purchase.

Your studio fee does not include digital or printed images. This fee gives you the opportunity to experience one of our photo sessions plus all of the above.

 

How does it work?

Once you book your session, you will receive a few emails with important information on steps to follow that will help you get ready for your session. You will need around 5 outfits and some accessories (no shoes needed). The session lasts around 3 hours counting makeup and hair. Within two weeks after the session, you will come back for your viewing. On your viewing day, you will see around 20 to 30 printed and ready to go images for you to choose from. You can purchase a la carte or one of our amazing packages.

 

Can you show me your prices? 

Sure! Send me a quick email or a text and I’ll send you my full price list.
In the meantime, our Wall Art Portrait start at $300 and the amazing Art Box start at $1200 for an 8 image package. You can also buy images a la carte, each image 8×12 matted is $150. More details on the price list.

 

Can I have the digital images?

SURE!
Anything you buy you will have a copy of its digital counterpart in the size you purchase your image.

 

No, I mean can I ONLY have the digital images?

Of course you can!
But why pay the full price for just the digital images when you can also have the professionally printed version—There’s no difference in price!

 

Does this include Makeup?

Yes, your session includes hair and makeup by one of my amazing makeup artists.

 

Do you have a wardrobe I can use?

We have a few dresses and special pieces that can be use but we rather have you bring your own. We can also mix and match with what we have at the studio and the pieces that you bring.

 

How long before I see the images?

Within two weeks after your session is done, you will receive an email where you can book your viewing date. All viewings are done at the studio. If you are traveling from outside of the state and need to leave before the two weeks period, please let us know and we will try to expedite your viewing date.

 

Can I bring my family/friend/spouse with me?

Yes, of course! This is a celebration of your current life for your future enjoyment. Anyone that’s important to you and you want them to share this experience with you should be at your session with you at no extra charge.

 

How long is the session?

The session lasts around 3 hours and 30 mins. That’s including makeup and getting ready.

 

Can I book online? 

Yes, you can book online and pay for your studio fee online too.

 

Can I gift one of your sessions?

Gifting a session is the best gift you could ever award to anyone. For that we have amazing gift cards or you can simply book a session and include the name of the person you want to gift this to and we will contact them.

 

I’m from out of town and traveling for the session. Do I need to come back for my viewing after the two weeks?

If you are traveling from out-of-town please let us know as soon as you book so we can expedite your viewing date.

 

How does your payment plan work?

Payment plans are a great option to pay for your amazing portraits and we make it easy. On your viewing date, just select the images/package you want. Then pay anything you want upfront as a down payment. We will then divide the remaining balance into payments. Payments can be divided into 4,5, or 6 installments. You can arrange to pay weekly, every other week, every 15 days or monthly without any monthly charges or fee for the service. Once you complete your payment plan, you will receive your product/images.

 

How can I pay? 

We accept all credit cards and cash.

 

What happens if I need to reschedule my session?

If for some reason you need to reschedule your session, you can use your confirmation email from your booking. You cannot reschedule 7 days before your appointment.

 

What happens if I need to cancel my session?

If you need to cancel your session it’s not a problem at all—we will be so sad though 🙁

If your cancelation is within 24 hours, you will get a full refund on your session fee.
If is less than 48 hours, before the appointment time, there will be a $50 fee applied to the card on file.

If the cancellation happens after the 48 hours period, then the session fee is not refundable.
